At Container Office , orders for custom-manufactured portable office cabins, container offices, toilets, and security cabins involve production planning and material allocation. Please read this cancellation policy before confirming your order.
Before production starts
If you cancel after paying an advance but before fabrication has begun, we may refund the advance after deducting administrative charges (typically up to 10% of the order value), subject to written confirmation from our sales team.
After production has started
Once materials are procured or manufacturing has commenced, cancellation may not be accepted. Any refund, if agreed in writing, will exclude material costs, labour, and logistics already incurred.
How to request cancellation
Send your order number, registered phone/email, and reason for cancellation to our official email or WhatsApp number listed on the website. Cancellations are effective only after written approval from Cabin Office Delhi.
Non-cancellable items
Fully customised units, site-specific modifications, and made-to-order sizes may not be cancelled once technical drawings or specifications are approved by the customer.
